For every service, product, gift card or tool you purchase from us, you will earn points - collect enough and these points can be used to get free products!

How are points accumulated?

You'll earn 1 point for every dollar spent (before taxes) on services, products, gift cards and tools.

How do I use my points?

Use your points to earn discounts on products and tools! Once you've collected enough, you can redeem your points at the till - just let us know you'd like to use up your points, and we'll take care of the rest.

Collect enough points, and you won't just enjoy a discount... you'll be able to get your product for free!

*Points may only be redeemed in-store.

Can I use my points to get free hair services?

We’re sorry, but points cannot be used to discount salon services.

Customer appreciation days will earn you double points for each product or tool that you purchase; holiday draws will gift reward points to a lucky winner, and other special promotions like these are a few more ways you will periodically be able to earn extra or free points.

Can I share my points?

Sharing is caring! IF you'd like to pass your points on to somebody else instead of using them for yourself, you absolutely can.

Any gifting of points to another person must be done in person with our manager. Management will need the first and last name, phone number and email of the person you wish to gift your points to in order to create a customer file for the points to be transferred over to.

So... what's the catch?

Well, you do have to spend some $$ to get the points ;)

Our reward points program is our way of saying thank you to our valued customers for supporting us, so we've designed the program to be as string-free as possible. We want it to be easy for you to redeem your points... because it wouldn't be much of a perks program if it was impossible to utilize!

Referrals are an amazing way for stylists to grow their clientele, and we want to say a huge thank you to everyone for putting a good word out there for us - which is why we've created our Referral Program!

How It Works:

1. Your service provider will write your name on their referral card and present it to you. (Your name on the card makes sure that we credit the right account when your friend comes to visit!)

2. Take your referral card and give it to a friend. When your friend books in and presents that card at their appointment, they get $10 off that appointment AND 100 customer reward points.

Best part - you ALSO get 100 customer reward points and $10 off your next appointment as a thank-you!

Rules:

If you'd like to participate in our reward program, you may take up to 5 referral cards at each appointment.
You will be rewarded EVERY TIME a new friend visits us and presents the referral card you gave them, so take advantage and tell all your friends!

If you referred a friend, your discount will be applied to your account as a credit when your friend presents their referral card at their appointment - this makes sure the reward program is used responsibly.

If you were referred by a friend, your reward points and discount will be applied at checkout once you present your referral card.

Please note that there is a usage limit of one $10 credit per appointment.

We know you're a good and honest person, but unfortunately, not everyone is. This usage limit was created to stop people from stockpiling rewards and then using them to get free services. Our reward program is meant to be beneficial for everyone - service providers included!
