ROBYN'S BIO

Born and raised in the Lower Mainland, Robyn has deep family roots in the Okanagan. She has loved this city all her life and finally was able to relocate her family and call Penticton home in 2012. These days, she and David live in Summerland, but still spend a great deal of time here in town.

Originally just helping David run his new business, she fell in love with salon life and over the years, she has immersed herself in every part of Ascend. In the fall of 2020, Robyn took the leap to happily become a stylist & colourist, and she is now David's registered apprentice! She is now a co-owner, a pillar of the salon and a driving force in the background that helps to continue realizing the beautiful dream-turned-reality that is Ascend Salon.   

Robyn is passionate about people; she loves to connect, share stories, laugh and bring joy and humor to everyone she meets. On her spare time, Robyn loves to spend time with her beautiful blended family, as well as read, paint, write, take photos, listen to music of all kinds and travel whenever possible. A massive history nerd, Robyn is our go-to person when we need to know a quick fact. She's also our salon emotional support animal - Robyn goes above and beyond for the team and is always there to lend a helping hand.
