Born and raised in Penticton, Vanessa brings over 15 years of experience to the team.
Vanessa's love for hair began when she was first working for David as a receptionist back in the mid 2000s – they go WAY back! Really not feeling the love for reception work, she was more than eager to hear David when he told her she was good at hair and should consider going to hair school. Vanessa jumped at the idea, and attended Marvel College in Kelowna in 2008. After graduating, her career took off and she was soon off to the coast – eventually finding herself at a high-end salon in North Van.
Vanessa is now decorated with multiple certifications; she is a certified Redken Colourist, a certified Goldwell Master Colourist.
A happiness-first kind of girl, a huge Swiftie, a roller skating enthusiast, and an animal lover with an especially large soft-spot for dogs (she and her hubby have 2 Boston terriers), Vanessa is a real character. She’s funny and outgoing with a self-admitted obsession with unicorns (and jewelry, and Barbie, and purses... let's just say she likes to shop.) Nobody keeps on top of trends and everything en vogue the way that Vanessa does - she's definitely the salon cool girl.Vanessa's mantra is “if we aren’t having fun, it’s no good!” Vanessa cherishes her ability to make a positive impact in her guests’ lives. “We (stylists/colourists) really help them feel better through tough times, and that is magic!”

We've put our jewelry to the test! We've had moms, dads, siblings, kids and everybody in-between wearing their jewelry and carrying on with their lives. We've determined that Luna&Boo jewelry is pretty hardy... nobody's broken anything yet!
But let's be real - all jewelry has its limits. If your jewelry breaks or stretches, keep the chain and contact us to schedule a repair - there's no charge for fixes within the first year!
