FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Gender neutral pricing means that we've gotten rid of "men's" and "ladies" labels. Instead, our pricing is solely based on the length of your hair and what we need to do to achieve your look.

Our pricing varies, depending on the length of hair you come in with.

Example: 

If you come in with long hair and want it cut, even if you're getting it cut short, you're booked as a long haircut.

👉 We do things this way because the longer the hair, the more product, time and work it takes to perform a service. 

☝Don't worry; if you come in with long hair, get it cut AND get it coloured, you're booked for a long haircut and a short colour... since your hair won't be long anymore by the time the colour starts going on ;)  

When we get into more complex colourwork, we begin to need to do more than our regular services account for. 

In these scenarios, your services are totally customized... which means our regular services won't accurately account for our work, or our product usage.

☝ We solve this problem by tallying up, or stacking each individual service that's performed to come up with your total. 

You may have seen some salons call this type of pricing a la carte.

Levels allow us to offer you different price options, and they allow our team the opportunity for meaningful growth.

The higher the level, the more experienced and in-demand your stylist/colourist will be.

Stand-alone means you're getting this service all on is own. 

An add-on is something you add to another colour/haircut service.

☝ If you're doing beauty on a budget, remember:

add-on treatments are more economical than stand-alones.

Why? With a stand alone treatment, you're paying for the time and energy of the shampoo & blowout, as well as the treatment itself. 

With an add-on treatment, you're ONLY paying for the treatment because the shampoo & blowout is already included in all of our haircut & colour services. 🌈
